Terms And Conditions
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to your event.
Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or cash.
Cancellation
If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the full balance is non-refundable. This includes reducing the size of your party.
If you cancel before 14 days of your event, the full balance is not due.
if you wish to move a booking please get in contact, this must be done minimum 14 days prior to the event. Any done after the 14 days will be subject to the cancellation policy
What’s Included
Chef and waiter services, food, cooking equipment (excluding oven and hob), plates, cutlery, and glassware, napkins.
Travel within 10 miles of Newbury, Berkshire (extra travel is charged at £0.50 per mile round trip).
What’s not Included
tables, chairs, table linen, water, wine service if not supplied by us
Client Responsibilities
Please provide a clean and safe kitchen with a hob, oven and running hot and cold water.
If you don’t have an oven and hob available, we can provide for an extra £300 per unit.
You’re responsible for access, parking, and making sure the space is clean and safe to work in.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We’re happy to cater for allergies disclosed at the time of booking.
Any undisclosed allergies will not be catered for.
Minimum Numbers
A minimum price of 6 guests is required for all bookings.
Alcohol
Alcohol is available at an additional cost.
A £21 Temporary Event Notice (TENs) licence fee applies where alcohol is served. This needs to be arranged a minimum of 10 days before the event.
Photos & Social Media
You’re welcome to take photos of your event.
We may take a few photos for our social media, but we’ll always check with you and your guests first.
